Richard Lara
President / Chief Executive Officer
Richard Lara is founder and president of RAAM Construction, Inc. His two decades of construction industry management spans residential, commercial, and hotel projects primarily in Southern California and extending from Hawaii to the Midwest.
Richard approaches each project with a commitment to collaboration, transparency, integrity, and quality. He brings his clients a strong record of working with architects, developers, engineers, government agencies and inspectors, non-profits, and other principles to find innovative solutions to match local needs. He has built a reputation for delivering quality projects on-time and on-budget.
His philosophy is that strong communities are built by people who share their knowledge and experience with others and who care deeply about creating quality environments for living, working, and relaxing. His special interest in multi-unit projects has resulted in increased quality housing opportunities for seniors and low-income families. He also has worked with clients to create affordable homeownership opportunities that promote historic preservation, community revitalization, and sustainability.
Richard believes mentoring provides a powerful foundation for young people. He has participated in a high school seniors internship program offering students a career certification program, the opportunity to learn construction management skills, and gain hands-on experience.
Richard is a long-time Southern California resident and attended Cal Poly Pomona University.

Lisa A. Lara
Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer
Lisa A. Lara serves as Chief Financial Officer for RAAM Construction. She manages accounting, contracts, insurance requirements, and compliance programs.
Prior to serving as CFO, she held positions with various financial institutions. At the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) she worked as a financial analyst in the commercial multi-family asset marketing department where she assisted in marketing loan sales to Wall Street firms. At the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) she worked with banks to market bank-owned real estate. Lisa also served as a financial analyst for City National Bank, and at Long Beach Mortgage handling secondary mortgage sales.
Lisa is a Southern California native and attended Cal Poly Pomona University.

Pascal Burke
Vice President of Business Development
Pascal brings 30 years of architectural and construction experience to RAAM Construction, Inc. He began his career with a focus on architecture, designing and producing architectural documents for residential, multifamily, and commercial structures. Pascal later joined a structural concrete company where he was responsible for forward marketing and the design build of specialty concrete projects. He then turned his career toward general construction working in multifamily housing, mixed use, and commercial buildings. His experience extends RAAM Construction's key capabilities in structural concrete systems. He is a California licensed General and Concrete Contractor and earned his BA in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton.
