Projects
Our goal is to surpass our client's highest expectations
The difference RAAM Construction, Inc. brings to each project is a collaborative and open relationship that gives clients confidence their projects will be delivered on-time, on-budget, and with quality assurance at every turn.
Our projects compliment and enhance communities, from single-family dwellings to large scale construction. Early in the planning stages we work with architects, developers, engineers, government agencies and inspectors, non-profits, and other principles to construct opportunities to increase quality, market rate and affordable housing for seniors and low-income families. We pay special attention to promoting historic preservation, community revitalization, and sustainability.
