RAAM Construction has executed the construction of Juniper Grove Apartments, a 101-unit affordable multifamily community that provides 50-units designated for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Residents of Juniper Grove Apartments are able to enjoy onsite amenities including a community room, open courtyard, BBQs, fitness center, library, laundry facilities and an outdoor walking paseo. All units are equipped with full kitchens, including a dishwasher and trash disposal, central air and heat, and a balcony or patio.

Primarily situated in Palmdale, California, Juniper Grove Apartments is less than half a mile from public transit, grocery stores, public schools, medical centers and various retail stores and restaurants.
