RAAM Construction is proud to announce Tampa & Sherman Apartments, a landmark development set to bring 244 new apartment homes to the Reseda neighborhood of Los Angeles. Scheduled to break ground in 2026, this project is designed to provide 100% affordable housing, addressing a critical need in the region.

Envisioned in collaboration with Meta Housing Corporation and Y&M Architects, the six-story community will combine thoughtful design and durable construction to create a residential environment that is both welcoming and lasting. As a design-build project, Tampa & Sherman allows RAAM to coordinate planning and construction seamlessly, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a unified vision from concept through completion.
