Located at the corner of State Street and 61st Street, Amada Townhomes is a bold step toward expanding affordable homeownership in Huntington Park. This public-private partnership will deliver nine (9) for-sale townhomes, each reserved for families earning up to 80% of the area median income (AMI).

Developed with first-time homebuyers in mind, Amada is RAAM’s latest contribution to addressing California’s housing crisis through ownership-based, attainable housing. With long-term equity and community at its core, this project meets the growing need for walkable, efficient, and neighborhood-rooted infill development.
