RAAM Construction is proud to partner with Napa CREF Redwood LLC on Redwood Apartments, a 40-unit affordable condominium project located in Napa County. RAAM is serving as general contractor, with AMJ Construction Management acting as the Owner’s Representative overseeing delivery.

This project is part of Phase I of the Old Sonoma Road development, and includes the new construction of a 22,277 sq. ft. structure, designed as a 1-story Type III building over a 3-story Type IV podium, with all construction above ground.

The unit mix includes 7 one-bedroom/one-bath units, 15 two-bedroom/two-bath units, and 18 one-bedroom/two-bath units, offering a range of ownership opportunities. The building is carefully sited beneath a canopy of mature redwood trees, with stepped massing to minimize visual impact and preserve the neighborhood character.
