Walnut Housing

RAAM Construction broke ground on a new condominium project in Pasadena, California, Walnut Housing, a 60-unit affordable housing complex that contains one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. These for-sale condominiums offer a mix of flats and townhomes and priced for low-, moderate- and workforce-income households.

Amenities offered include solar powered homes, private patios, two courtyards with BBQ’s and large trees, outdoor fireplaces, two community rooms, ample and secure bike parking and a gated subterranean parking garage with a capacity of 97 vehicles.

Architecturally designed by Moule & Polyzoids, Walnut Housing was completed in the spring of 2026 and is now open.
