Guilford Penn Court

RAAM Construction’s work on Guilford Penn Court encompassed the relocation and rehabilitation of Guilford Hall, the renovation of an on-site single-family bungalow, and the construction of two new buildings. The finished project comprises 11 condominiums: two three-bedroom market-rate, five two-bedroom affordable, and four three-bedroom affordable.

Amenities at the project include private patios, outdoor space, and a secure parking garage.
