RAAM Construction is serving as the general contractor for the construction of a 151-unit affordable multifamily property in Palmdale, California. The three-story property will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units specifically targeted for low-income families in Los Angeles County.

Residential units will feature fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Onsite amenities will include spacious community gathering areas, a shaded picnic area, a large children’s play structure and a dog park. Two units will be dedicated for onsite managers, who will reside at the property and ensure that the residents and the neighboring community have a constant point of contact.

The development is primarily situated in close proximity to convenience stores, restaurants, public schools and public parks.
