Summit Grove

RAAM Construction executed the construction of Summit Grove, a 21-unit moderate- and low-income apartment community in Pasadena with a mix of one two-bedroom and 20 three-bedroom units.

Amenities at the new community include communal outdoor space, tall ceilings and large windows, private balconies, a secure parking garage, and close proximity to Old Town Pasadena.
