Vernon Village Park Apartments

RAAM Construction executed the construction of Vernon Village Park Apartments, a 45-unit family apartment community that is one of the first new housing projects in Vernon since the city was created.

An industrial/commercial city, Vernon is made up almost entirely of industrial product. The new housing community offers affordable family housing near the city’s border, allowing residents to utilize the resources of surrounding cities while living close to employment in Vernon.

The City of Vernon donated the land for the project, and Meta Housing Corporation secured an allocation of 9% tax credits.
