    This 31-dwelling community of for-sale affordable housing features Pasadena’s distinctive American Arts and Crafts style, green-inspired upgrades, and attention to quality and detail throughout. It also offers a community center, office space and an underground parking structure. A collaborative public-private effort led to the first in the nation use of a specialized federal tax credit program known as New Markets Tax Credits.

    This elegant property featuring 411 guest rooms, banquet facilities, restaurants and a spa required management of a full-scale renovation and conversion. Upon completion it was named Best Renovated Project of the Year by Marriott Corporation.
